Excellent location and clean but very basic rooms.

Excellent location and clean but very basic rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Felt safe for solo female traveler.

Old facilities Uncomfortable Noisy I tried to make some phone calls, it didn't work. One day nobody went to clean the room. Bad location compared to other hotels at the same price. Instalações antigas Desconfortável Barulhento Eu tentei fazer alguns telefonemas, não funcionou. Um dia ninguém foi limpar o quarto. Má localização em comparação com outros hotéis ao mesmo preço.

Good value for this location

The breakfast was good, nice buffet selection. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Conveniently located—close enough to Brigadeiro station and Paulista ave, roughly 10min walk.

The hotel facilities (rooms, elevators, lobby) were a bit lower quality than what I was expecting for a 4-star hotel. Still not bad, but quite old, needs an update. Unfortunately, there were also some very loud guests who woke us up in the middle of night, partying in a room down the hall. So we didn't have the best sleep.

Good value.

The room service 24hours it's amazing. Good food, good price. Another good point is the location, just four blocks away from the Paulista Avenue.

The only thing was the room was too bright even with the blackout closed.

A nightmare. Dirty hotel and rude staff

Everything. I booked it for two days for one of my employee to stay during a business trip and she could barely stay for the first night and left. When I came to the hotel I was shocked!! Everything was dirty: the wardrobe, the towels (full of hair), the bedsheets stained... just disgusting. The staff was very rude and uncaring.

Hummm...

Good Breakfast. People nice. Paid parking just in front (not expensive). Good location with easy access to the main streets.

Old hotel. Aspect not clean. TV, Minibar problems. Expensive for what really is. Few small elevators for many rooms. Takes a lot of time.
