todo bien, con la ubicacion, desayuno y personal amable
el gym dejaba mucho que desear con maquinas malas y poco espacio. El servicio de limpieza no era siempre pulcro.

ubicacion del hotel, apoyo del personal de recepcion y de desayunador. BUEN SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA DEL CUARTO.
debimos cambiar a otra habitacion pues la que habíamos inicialmente rentado tenía ropero muy pequeño para dos personas. El cuarto tenia SOLO AIRE FRIO EN SU EQUIPO, no daba calor si se necesitaba , en recepción nos dieron una estufa portatil para usar por ser inutil el equipo de aire frio. eso no lo aclaraba el hotel ni que los ascensores eran pocos ( 2 ) en relacion a los pisos del hotel y los usuarios de nuestra estadía. mucha demora para usarlos!!

Huevos revueltos demasiado cocinados, casi secos, Poca variedad y jugos de sobre no de fruta fresca manteleria de las mesas muy ordinario
Falta de limpieza, no dejaban las toallas a tiempo o faltaban, Habitacion muy pobre cama doble muy estrecha para cuarto matrimonial. Solo un velador y sin lamparas. ni ropero para guardar la ropa. Parece un IBIS BUDGET !!!! Lo unico bueno el personal de servicio que hace lo que puede con muchas limitaciones en cuando a equipos de lavanderia, limpieza, etc. Aparentemente ganan salarios minimos por lo que su desempeno no es profesional como en otros hoteles de la misma categoria. En comparacion el Hotel Matsubara es un muchisimo mejor, con mejor servicio, desayuno, limpieza, comodidad en las habitaciones, etxc
